Eddie, you hit that nail on the head! Blaming Bush had just under 500 billion in dept, most in the 2 years the democrats had congress. Obama has promised over 4 trillion and counting in under 60 days. For all who claimed Bush took away your rights and created a mess get to witness a real mess now. Obama and congress are talking about a global currency, taking over business of their choice, outlawing farmers markets and backyard gardens(hr 875) in order to control our food supply. Forcing youth to volunteer for americorps(civilian army). They have already raised taxes on business via unemployment insurance, the cap and trade on energy will put electricity to over $1.00kw. and gas to $20gl. They will put up a dog and pony show for us while they do it. We fell for the AIG show the day the fed and the treasury played circle-jerk. They printed 1 trill out of thin air and payed themselves.
We can sit around and grumble about it or we can get out the tea and have a tea party! April 15th, show up and say enough! Its time to quit blaming and start revolting, not with guns, but with tea!

Whoever is blaming Bush for this mess is a complete and utter retard. If anything, all parties are complicit, but none more so than Barney Frank and a Congress who legislatively forced banking and lending institutions to lend money to unworthy credit seekers through government enforced quotas, just to satisfy race-baiting morons like ACORN.

This is what happens when the government interferes with a free market economy. Bush had to fix a broken credit system. The country can't function without credit. What poisoned the credit system was the Dems protecting Fanny and Freddy Mac, who mandated that banks give mortgage loans to people who shouldn't have them. Now the Government is using this recession to GREATLY EXPAND it's size and and role. Taxing the rich leads to rich people moving out of the country. Taxing corporations leads to them outsourcing jobs to other countries and raising there prices to US. We can't tax and spend our way out of this mess. Also, if AIG is too big to fail, why is no one talking about breaking it up???? All the while our boarders remain unsecure, causing states like California to go bankrupt.

"Did you see the headlines yesterday about the bailed out Wall Street firm, AIG, that gave $165 million in government funded bonuses to their executives? We need your help getting federal stimulus money where it was intended to go: Into the pockets of people who really need it."<br/><br/>First of all I do not think this spending is any kind of stimulus to change anything. It is more of more of a knee jerk reaction to using a problem to scare people into allowing creation of pet programs that could not meet muster under normal operations. To put it in plain language it is nothing more than a trillion dollars of pork spending and much of it is designed to place the value of the country in Government hands. Heck they are already talking about "owning" AIG. You want to complain about misuse of tax dollars how about the more than $30 billion AIG gave to foreign banks. <br/>When people tried to complain about all the pork in the omnibus bill they were told it is just a tiny sum. Well this $165 million is just that a tiny sum of all the money that has been given to AIG -- less than one tenth of one per cent. Yet the hue and cry makes it sound like it is the entire Treasury of the nation. AIG gave nearly 70% of tax dollars to other companies!! Why is that not worthy of an investigation??????

Talk to your boy Obama, as it’s his tax-cheating Treasury secretary that crafted the bail out of Bear Stearns and AIG when he was President of the NY Fed. All that “change” you could believe in was just another line of BS. Hope you are enjoying your new Commander-in-Chief. His actions on the financial crisis so far have mimicked what his predecessor did. <br/><br/>Oh, by the way, maybe you didn’t notice that he (Obama) received the second largest amount of campaign contributions from AIG Financial Products behind Sen. Chris Dodd. <br/><br/>Meet the new boss, same as the old boss.<br/><br/>I weep for your generation. You have been bamboozled by The Powers That Be. They will fleece you without a care. Good luck to all of you.

Why is MTV's voter registration program choosing a partisan position and supporting the attack of American corporations? The real action should be taken against the administration that you helped elect and the Congress that passed through the biggest socialist movements of our country's history. This is ridiculous and shouldn't even be happening. If anyone reading this is serious about the problems facing our country should visit www.americansolutions.com or www.the912project.com.
